Cancellation and Returns

All goods are carefully checked for any imperfections before dispatch. If, however, you find fault with any item you may return it to us for exchange or full refund. You will need to dispatch it back to us within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund of the goods (and delivery charge if it was all that was ordered).

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation.

However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel or decide not to keep the goods, you must return the goods to us at your own expense within 14 days of receipt. We will then refund you the full price of the garment(s) providing that the goods are returned in their original packaging (with any hangers if applicable), have not been worn or soiled, and still have all of their labels intact.

You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us,and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Your payment will be refunded by the same means in which you made the payment within 14 days of you sending it back to us.

We will notify you by e-mail when the refund has been made.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
